Join Registered Yoga Teachers Amy Rollfs, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and Ben Kellman, RYT 200, to wind down your week with 90-minutes of deep relaxation and hands-on assists.  

These 90-minute workshops will include guided gentle breath work, a slow, mindful warm-up designed to prepare the mind and body for deep relaxation and four to five fully supported shapes/poses.  

Blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps will be provided.

Sundays, 2:00 - 3:30 pm

March 24  ~  April 14   ~  May 19    ~  June 2

 Our Adult Team "Group" Training sessions are highly motivating and specifically programmed to your needs!  

Sessions will vary from strength to metabolic. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace, but each week try to push yourself to lift a little more than you did the week before.  

Choose once, twice or three times per week ~ 45-minute training sessions ~ Experience & membership are not required.

Perfect for those who want to increase flexibility, balance and strength.

Participants will experience a variety of poses that focus on extending/opening the thoracic spine, releasing tight shoulders, reducing pressure on the lower spine and surrounding joints, all while cultivating stillness and becoming grounded.
